Because we believe great coordination is personal, we intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on each month. That allows us to know our couples, understand their priorities, and give each wedding the attention it deserves.
A lead coordinator and assistant may be present on wedding day depending on the needs of your event.

Perfect for couples who feel confident handling the details leading up to their wedding but want a professional there when it's time to bring everything together.

The Flutter Package
Coordination begins 3–4 weeks before your wedding, giving us time to organize the details, communicate with vendors, finalize your timeline, and prepare to take the reins on wedding day.

The Bloom Package
With coordination beginning 6–8 weeks out, Bloom gives us more time to walk through the details with you, answer questions, communicate with your vendor team, and make sure everything is ready before wedding week arrives.

The Monarch Package provides comprehensive planning and coordination support throughout the process, including guidance with your budget, vendor selection, design direction, logistics, and wedding-day execution.

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
Includes timeline creation for your rehearsal dinner, coordination of vendor arrivals and setup, management of toasts and scheduled moments, and up to two hours of on-site coordination.

Includes setup of your guest book and welcome displays, signage, place cards, favors, personal décor items, and light reception-table styling.

Wedding Rehearsal
We'll guide your wedding party through the ceremony from beginning to end, review seating and family placement, and confirm important ceremony elements such as readings or unity ceremonies.

Proposal Planning
Proposal planning begins at $350 and can include planning consultations, concept development, light décor setup and styling, vendor coordination, and proposal-day execution.
Every proposal is different, so we'll create a custom quote based on your vision and what you need.

Travel & Extended Coverage
Additional wedding-day hours are available for $125/hour when your timeline calls for earlier setup, later reception coverage, extended breakdown, or additional vendor management.
For weddings requiring overnight accommodations, travel and lodging details will be discussed during booking.
